Why couldn't the neo cons find Osama bin laden? Wasn't he inside their most favored nation "Pakistan"?

Neo cons you missed Osama bin laden by thousands of miles you know. You were looking for Osama Bin Laden in Iraq. All the while he was a lot closer than you think. Personally I think ya knew that and just wanted the oil in Iraq. Obama broke his promise too, cause that war in Libya is for oil. So he is no better than the neo cons. But hey at least he knew where Osama Bin Laden was at.
