Is there a definitive art movement that would define now - 2011 (or at least 2000 to now)?

Neo-expressionism was the 1880's. Now it is like the music scene; very eclectic. Unless an artist is in a group who follow a certain style or manifest he is free to find his own unique way to express himself.
