Why are Neo Nazi reappearing in Germany?

I understand that they want to secure ''a place in the future for their white children", but that can't be the only reason that the cult has started again. It is my understanding for an article at my.yahoo.com that there are Neo Nazi speaking publicly. I know that there is hatred towards Jewish people ever since the Black Death during the medieval period in Germany because there were rumors that Jews started the Plague. But why are there white people in Germany still complaining about their skin colour even when many of the Jews have left Germany? Are the Neo-Nazi planning to take over Germany to cleanse the world? Or will this white extremist group eventually go into secrecy similarly to the Al queda organization?
