What chelsea need to do to revamp theyre squad?

ahh... what does chelsea need 2 do we hear this all the time well here's my theory's. #1 do not u might think im crazy but do not get rid of drogba. drogba is a very valuable player although he not scoring he is an essential player i think physical and mental fatigue is the problem he played through the world cup with a messed up arm got malaria troubles in the ivory coast i know next season he will be on form if he's not then u can sell him in the next transfer window.# the players chelsea need to get rid of ANELKA MIKEL ZHIRKOV FERREIRA,KALOU. bosignwa is a good player they should not sell him he very good on the wing he's usually consistent takes risk fits chelsea style of play. Anelka is a good player but as u can see by his body language he does not want to be at chelsea and does not like being on the bench all the time. Mikel is a good player also but is very weak going forward chelsea dnt really need a holy midfielder like mikel we need someone who can support the strikers all he does is slow down the strikers in my opinion. zhirkov is good obviously his injury took a toll he also is good player but chelsea have millions to spend they can go out and buy a better player than zhirkov. ferriera obviously second choice defender is not needed in a chelsea squad that will get at least 2 more quality defenders next year. kalou also good player but is not a strong enough striker he has good skill at times but he can be real clumbsy with possession and does not score enough and i always say is he a midfielder or a striker no one will ever know.#3 i think chelsea need new trainers. obviously something happened when ray wilkins left theyre strategies changed a bit theyre not playing the same which is a problem#4 they probably need a new manager obviously. i like ancelotti but he can be a bit stiff and guillable he has to know that theyre six teams that can compete u have to make the right decisions sometimes i think he's careless and he doesn't really care about the players mood chelsea do not look happy in my opinion. #obviously they need new players im not going to comment on this i know who i want i wanna hear who u think should fit
