My friend is a minor, what will his sentence be for affray?

Basically, my friend who is under 16, had a fight or whatever in his gang, and I was just wondering what he will be charged with? this is his first ever offence by the way, his name wasn't in the police database or whatever, also, we live in the UK, thanks :)
