Could someone tell me what I was experiencing during Church this past Sunday?

I was listening to a sermon from Father Kevin, when I began experiencing the following symptoms in this order: my insides felt horrible I was in intense pain somewhere from my chest towards the stomach, I felt like I was losing my ability to breath slowly as If my lungs were tightening by themselves, I started to hear everything around me, but it was muffled (as in I could hear everything just it wasn't completely clear), my arms went from freezing cold (my body was experiencing this too I believe) to somewhat warm, my forehead seemed to be sweating but if so I couldn't feel it but I could tell this was happening, (while my skin was turning cold I remembered about malaria how the body is cold but nothing satisfies the need for warmth.. then I realized it's not that.. so I thought "Am I dying?" "Is this my last day on Earth" a little afterwards I felt okay a lot better. When I was discussing these symptoms with my mom at this restaurant we went to after church ended, she said my lips were pale almost white (at that moment they returned to their red color) So my question everyone is what was happening to me when these symptoms happened? (For example the symptoms of a heart attack are . . . ) Well what were my symptoms about? Please do help me this freaked me out a lot. It still is freaking me out even though I am okay right now.
