Should I not go to sleep after this?

I am sleeping with my brother and I rolled over and accidentally hit my head on his. It was a bit hard and it did hurt. This happened about 30 minutes ago. Now, the spot has a minor throbbing feeling that is uncomfortable, but not enough to keep me up. Is it safe to go to sleep? Or could I not wake up?
