Please help me Worried about mosquitoes... please...?

im 12 and im petrified of bugs... mosquitoes and spiders especiallly... i have just found 2 mosquitos in my house and now im scared n dont wanna go to sleep coz i keep worrying about a mosquito giving me a horrible disease like malaria or something.... do mosquitoes bite once then leave you? ohhh :'(
