I live in the UK, where can I go to get injections?

I live in the West Midlands in the UK. It's my first year living alone and I'm not used to doing things for myself. I'm travelling to Africa this summer to do some voluntary First Aid work and I need to get myself injections for Yellow Fever and Rabies, I also need to buy Malaria tablets. Where can I go to get these?
