Why does God ignore most of the folks praying in Africa?

God calls us to help them, and many active churches do so. Africa is still suffering from the sins of their ancestors, but redemption is still subject to them. The reason they are praying is because Christians have made the effort to spread the gospel that way, and since God dwells in us, he is actually doing this through us.
