Where is the cheapest place to buy bracelets for my cause?

We are raising money to go toward buying bed nets for malaria. We would like the bracelets to either be silicone or vinyl. How much should we sell them for? Any ideas for sayings to put on them? If not a cheap place we'd like ones that would be a hit.
