What is wrong with my cat?

my cat Neo is 2 years old and normally full of life, he has been quite under the weather now since last night and his mouth is drooping on one side, he seems to be walking a little funny and is generally very lethargic and uninterested in going outside. He's not eating much but has been drinking. Do i need to make an emergency vets appointment or can i wait until tomorrow?
