What is a way to help others less fortunate then yourselves, Im 15.?

Lately I have been feeling like I want to help others, I have a trust fund and when I can unlock it when I'm 18 I want to go to places in Africa and help with Aids and Malaria, the disease that are curable but not enough money. Until I can do that what can i do to help? When im older I hope to become some sort of lawyer who will fight for equality and liberation for all races and religon. I feel very privileged to be blessed with a roof over my head and food to eat. I dont want to work in an animal shelter or in an old peoples home... Where?
