1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue?

I might buy one it is 1100 with 48k original miles on it, solid engine and trans. But the inside needs work no radio and seat covers, and some other minor things and the paint looks pretty bad. I'm not sure if I should buy it, any suggestions?
